Is this a Natural calamity or anthropogenic one?

It was an destructive storm which occurred on 27th April  2014 in terrain region of Nepal. This destructive storm uprooted ten trees (Sorea robusta) and brake three trees (Acacia sp.) of dhanusha protected forest, which can be called as natural destruction. But according to Mavish of MWT, this destruction is only because of anthropogenic activities like heavy sand mining, pealing of tree bark, and firing inside the forest causes uprooting, breaking and wilting of forest trees of dhanusha protected forest. Forest officials, MWT team and villagers marked and calculated total number of trees fallen, species of those fallen trees, and all other parameters and reported to higher officials for further actions. If such anthropogenic activities  continues, we can expect a complete degradation of DPF in near future.
