While our organization’s team member Subodh Acharya was on his way home to Kathmandu, a call came for a king cobra rescue at Basbari, located in Ward No. 4 of Dakshinkali Municipality, Kathmandu District. The snake was on the outer wall of a house, and the residents were extremely frightened. Our rescuer, Subodh Acharya, successfully rescued the snake at the right time using the correct method. By doing so, he helped reduce the potential danger from the snake to the household and the community, and also released the snake safely into a suitable habitat.
