This is the third L. jara that MWT rescues from same village. Today afternoon from Mithileshwar village while our team was surveying biodiversity of Dhanusha district, villagers noticed jara under the decaying leaf litters. When our biologist Mr Suvin was informed, he identified the snake and rescued. He also awared the localites about L. Jara and cleared different superstetion belives of that villagers regarding snakes.
