MWT Research Team after One week survey inside DPF confirmed that population of Nilghai is reducing in an alarming rate which can lead to wiping of Nilghai from DPF.
Our team was able to sight only 16 Nilghai of 32 in 2012 (by Forest Officials report), 17 Rhesus macaqua, 1 Langoor, 5 Asian open bill storks, 2 Lesser adjutant storks, 3 Horn bill etc. (detailed list of fauna of DPF to be enlisted and publish).
MWT seeks helping hands from different donors to protect these flora and fauna of Terai region, Nepal.
